History of Explore Academy - Peoria
The first Explore Academy opened its doors in August 2014 in Albuquerque, NM. Since that time, it has implemented its proven model to serve new communities around the country. In December, 2021, the Arizona State Board for Charter Schools approved the charter for Explore Academy - Peoria.
Explore Academy - Peoria opened its doors in August of 2024.

To request any public records pertaining to
Explore Academy - Peoria, please contact the board liaison using "Public Records Request" as the subject. A written request must contain the name, address, and telephone number of the person making the request and must describe the records sought in sufficient detail to enable the records custodian to identify and locate the requested records. An email address must be provided to receive electronic copies of records. Also, a statement of whether the records are for non-commercial or commercial purpose must be included and if for commercial purpose, state the specific commercial purpose. Production of records is generally completed within 15 calendar days. However, various factors affect processing time, including the request’s size and complexity, and nature of the records sought.
